Delivery

Delivery timings as follows:
Monday to Friday, Delivery: 9am - 5pm

If delivery cannot be arranged at your preferred time, our staff will contact you to arrange for the next best alternative.

Subject to stock availability, orders made before mid-day (12pm) are usually dispatched within the next 3-5 working days. Delivery charges for order value of $120.00 and more will be waived. Otherwise, transport fee of $18.00 will apply.

Additional delivery charges of $50 will also apply for offshore locations (exlude Jurong Island at the moment) irrespective of order amount.

Return Policy

Healthcare merchandise is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene purpose. Please ensure your orders and sizes are correct before your checkout.

In the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, email us at sales@gblpharma.com within 48 hours with pictures and invoice for us.

If you’re returning your order for any other reason, contact us via email as well stating the reason for the return and we will see how we can best accommodate. Purchases for return need to be in their original packaging and transport fee will apply.

GP Medline reserves the right to reject the exchange request if the original packaging / item has been opened or damaged.

All prices stated are inclusive of GST.

We accept all major credit cards such Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept PayNow to UEN: 200907811E
